These are great to store your sneakers or ankle boots, even stilettos fit. The instructions that come with the product is NOT exactly accurate there are no small punch out tabs. The only thing you have to do with these is fold the tab inward and it Snaps right in place . I did think they latched together but they don’t. They will set snuggly side by side.

These bins are great and once you figure out how to put one together, the rest are a snap. I have stacked these very high (more than six feet). That doesn’t work on carpet because they start to lean. Gluing this type of plastic together isn’t really feasible, so I used transparent packing tape to tape the backs together and you cannot tell. That keeps them from leaning too much. I also purchased a small board (like a shelf) to stack them in so they are not on the carpet. This prevents most of the leaning. I wouldn’t go more than six feet high though. Once they are taped, when you open them, the rest remain in place and stacked. Otherwise the opening of them can knock them over because they are snug. Ideally they should be designed to lock in place.

i really like these shoe storage boxes! i was looking for an inexpensive way to store my shoes to keep them organized and as dust-free as possible. i read a ton of reviews for all types of solutions and was kind of nervous to buy these, but they did the trick! they were very easy and quick to assemble. the photos make them look a lot sturdier than they are, but i do have 3 boxes stacked on top of each other and they're holding up very nicely so far. i'm a size 7.5/8 in women's shoes and i was able to fit two pairs of sneakers, heels or sandals in some boxes. the boxes do take up more space than my previous shoe rack, but they keep the dust off of my shoes and it's easy to take them in and out of the boxes (previously my shoes were always falling off the rack), so it's worth the extra space they take up. if you're looking for an inexpensive shoe storage solution, this is a great one!

(this detail matters) it makes it more sturdy … i have all type of shoes.. I’m definitely ordering 3 more.. I have a lot of shoes! I’m building a wall of shoe art!

Not wide enough for MEN'S shoes. I was worried about the height for men's hightops or casual boots, but box is pretty good in height. However, I didn't consider the width. So, an 8.5-9 won't fit if you set them side by side. You'd have to lay them on its side as you would find in a cardboard shoe box. U could also turn the box so it pulls down instead of swinging open. Sturdy and easy to assemble

These boxes are amazing. They will fit high heeled shoes no problem. I have a pair of 5” heels that go in the box perfectly. You may have to turn the box on it’s side depending on the shoe width. I am actually going to get one size smaller so I can stack more shoes. Oh and my boyfriend has a size 12 shoe and his shoes fit. He’s boots don’t fit though.
