Keeping cool!
Easy install and so far this AC is working great. Time will tell for energy efficiency. Has a nice remote. I installed this AC through a existing hole in the wall. The measurements were correct to make a perfect fit which made it nice. This unit runs reasonably quiet also.

AC came broken
On top of being delayed multiple times, unfortunately our AC Unit came broken in the box.

Only works for one kind of window
I recommend portable A/C instead with plastic tubing that solves the issue of a water tank filling up. Those are easier to manipulate, install, and are compatible with pretty much all windows. This is only compatible with windows that open by lifting up rather than sliding side-by-side. Very disappointing.

stopped producing cold air.
is on 4 years but i barely was using it each year and this year just stopped producing cold air. can be on all day and is more like a fan. the a.c. coldness doesn't kick in. as a kid remember all of our a.c.'s lasting forever. wtf.

Fan motor went out after only two seasons of use.
