Great Time Saver! Worth having in my bakery!
This machine was well worth the investment! It saves a lot of time and makes the perfect shell. It took a little while to tweak my recipes and the process in how I used the machine to make flawless tart shells. Now, I'm making tasty tart shells faster than I had ever imagined. The other advantage to this machine is that if I want to use a different sized or shaped shell, there are many other plate shapes/sizes available for purchase. Seller was also great to buy from. Excellent communication.
