Is there directions for setting the time online somewhere? I bought this to rebuild my Mom's clock. She didn't keep the instructions.

Most certainly - you can go to our Amazon Store front page and then find all the instructions under the "technical manuals" page. If you need more info, just contact us and we will send you a complete pack of instructions as a pdf file. thank you! https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/32FFC65B-E71E-4DAB-81B9-2857AFC65AAA?ingress=3&visitId=92f66eea-47e9-44e3-b5a1-46639aa62da2

Can I order it with a 20mm threaded shaft length?

Modules come in different shaft lengths.

If the Hermle 2214 pendulum swings, and the hands are free to rotate, but the clock does not keep time, does the entire module need to be replaced?

If the module doesn't keep time the battery may be weak. Try replacing the battery. If that doesn't work the entire module will need to be replaced.

What is the max pendulum length

Hey, Larry I played it like this... the pendulum length is actually the length of the shaft from the mechanism to where it connects to the counterweight at the other end... Good luck, Dan
