You need to empty the receptacle frequently
Great item-love not having to struggle with a cord.

No headlight
This is my third purchase of this vacuum, because I have liked it so much. This new version does not have the headlight, which is a real loss. I used to be able to clean darker areas because the light showed if I missed places. However, the power and convenience are still there.

Lightweight
I bought this for my hardwood floors so I wouldn't have to take out the big vacuum or broom. I love this vacuum. Lightweight, fits between the legs of my barstools and I don't have to try to find a plug in that will allow me to reach all the areas of my house. Works on flat rugs but not great on shag.

Needs light on base
No light on front. Setting on bottom not on handle

Great little vacuum for wood or tile floors.
Great for wood or tile floors. I like that it’s cordless.

It does not charge
I was very skeptical of buying refurbished items from Amazon and unfortunately my gut was right. The charger does not work, so I unpacked this, put it together to find out the pieces are not connecting. Now I have to de-assemble it and somehow fit it back into the box it came in and return it. The box is not big enough to put all the pieces back in, unless it’s done in a meticulous manner. Next time I’ll stick with buying them directly from the shark website
