Arrived Broken! Avoid at all costs!

The media could not be loaded. Bought this product a few months ago to install in my Nexus 5. As a very experienced phone tech, I have swapped several of these screens. Once installed, the screen just lit up (but didn't display anything on the screen)I tried it on another Nexus 5 that I had verified working on a different screen, and it didn't work either. Please send working products! Avoid. Video enclosed of the backlight turning on (but nobodies home!)Really liked the tools though.
