Takes less than 30 minutes to install (plug-in model), but be sure to be very accurate when your measuring the 4 locations for your sleeves & screws. To be sure measure it a few times. It must be aligned properly 1st time or you'll be redrilling weakening the adjacent hole you made. Once you get that right, you're nearly done. The heating bars warm the towels adequately. We had a larger (12 towel bars) higher amp model which required a separate circuit because of its load and this smaller one does just as good as the larger, more expensive model.

The unit looks really nice on the wall. The installation was a snap although some tinkering was needed with the posts to make then straight. I was hoping the towels would be warmer. I weaved the towel thru the bars, let the towel warmer pre-heat for 20 minutes before I even got in the shower and still its not very warm. The towel warmer is hot to the touch and the towel does heat up some - just not enough for my taste. I even tried different towels thinking maybe a fluffy one over a thin one would make a difference - nope. It should at the very least be good for drying out snow gear but that's a lot of money to spend for that purpose.

I love having to have a warm towel pamper you after a shower during winter. The \towel warmer meets my expectation. Warms up fast. I installed a timer so i don't have to shut it off. Highly recommendable.

Good Very nice construction easy install. Now the bad. The warmer gets so hot it leaves burn marks on my white towels. Now I must replace my towels with colored ones hoping that will solve the burn marks

Easy install - nice quality. The only problem was that the template dimensions in the instructions were WRONG - it shows the distance betwen the top and bottom fixings as being 338mm, when it is actually about 580mm!

Heats up towels really well!! Love it
