Lojel does not reply to the contact form on their website and provides no other means of contact. Therefore, it is impossible to claim warranty repair on their products and the advertised warranty is a fraudulent misrepresentation.---An excellent, sturdy suitcase in all aspects except the handle.

This checked luggage suitcase is almost identical to my SkyAgent brand from 2008 - only of cheaper construction. There are no instructions on how to remove the "removable" spinner wheels, as indicated in the product description. Based on the construction I anticipate the wheels snapping off because of the incredibly rough handling of baggage in airports these days. If I can't find out how to remove the wheels before my next trip this suitcase is going back without ever having been used.

Have you seen how easy it is to open a zipped case with a PEN ?Here is an answer, No zips. Had to buy this from Amazon.com (from the USA) as I couldn't locate any in the UKImport duty added at point of sale so it just arrives by courier as usual.Well worth the money. Fabulous design so go out and GET ONE :-)
