Tabletop Bottled Water Dispens

good but better quality of materials would make it great

Used one bottle of water with no problem. As soon as I put the 2nd bottle in, it began leaking and will not stop. I have contacted the seller three times now to return it. Haven't even been using this dispenser for one month! The item sucks and so does the seller because they won't even respond to my emails. Amazon needs to remove this seller from their site! I have never had problems like this in the past trying to return a defective item!
