It tells the temperature
I like it but the default setting is F so if you work in C you can't just turn it on and have the display you want. Its a shame it doesn't remember the last setting it had when you turn it back on.

The perfect pocket thermometer for HVAC pros
The UEi PDT650 Digital Thermometer is an incredibly reliable tool that strikes the perfect balance between speed and portability. Its folding probe design makes it safe to carry in a pocket without worrying about damage or accidental stabs. I’m impressed by the large, easy-to-read display and the impressive temperature range that handles everything from sub-zero freezers to high-heat ovens. The built-in magnet is a brilliant addition, allowing for hands-free monitoring on metal surfaces. Whether you're a professional technician checking vent temps or a home chef ensuring the perfect roast, its quick response time and rugged build quality make it a top-tier choice.
