The camera came in with everything that you need. The initial setup requires that you use an ethernet cord to get the camera connected to the internet. Once it's setup you are able to connect to the wifi and setup the camera wherever you want. I added a SD card and have tested out the motion detection on this. The motion detection is a little high so I had to pull it down. There isn't an option to mark up the fields for where you want to see activity like you can with some cameras, which was fine. The system automatically record the motion and saves it onto the SD card that I have in there, and that allows me to pull up activity that happened and review it. Overall it's a great WiFi camera and the price can't be beat.

Works well for keeping tabs on my front door/living room when I'm not home and have dog walkers letting themselves in and out. Mobile app is easy to use and makes setup quick. Haven't noticed any issues with having it connected to my slower 2.4GHz/N wifi. Picture quality is good enough, night vision works great. Mic and speaker function are handy for messing with the dog. Using the max allowed 64 GB mSD card provides weeks worth of storage capacity if set to record when motion detection is triggered. FAT32 formatting must be done with a third party program if you're using Windows 10. Tilt/pan isn't very precise in the app, but you can manually aim the camera for the best angle. Lastly, the camera isn't very discreet and would be hard to disguise. But for the price I'm satisfied with the features and performance.

I'm extremely disappointed I. The lack of support on this item. I have been unable to use it since it arrived because it will not fully set up/connect. I reached out to zeni cam support online and never received a response. My product ID unusable and unable to be returned at this point. I might as well use it for a paperweight.

I would like to give this company a very postive and honest review. I have had the need for an in home camera, with wide view, easy interaction and cost effective. This company delivers! I ordered three different cameras I sent $50 to monitor activities inside my home while I was away. The first two were major bombs. They came incomplete or defective or with broken English instructions and ZERO support. I was frustrated and ready to give up. The third I ordered was this product. It arrived in a Friday evening The honesty comes from when first delivered. I did have problems with registration and the software. I called Amazon and the office hours would wait u til Monday. I again felt that I had wasted money. Monday morning m, my mind was changed. First thing I got an email to help me through registration. Apparently, outlook\Hotmail emails were not going to junk but just deleting. A drew with customer service advised me and I used my gmail account to register. Registrations went as simple as it should. Camera connected. The quality is amazing the software works and I am so happy with the product. Andrew did tell me that he would note the problem with outlook emails in the future. THE ONLY reason it wasn’t five stars was because of the hiccup on a Friday with no weekend customer service. The product and customer service have met all Expectations.

Since I saw it I knew I was buy a good cam. I like it because I could hear my children and I could talk back . It txts me for all movements. I wanted safety for my children and now I found the right one .I actually bought 2 more for other room . Easy setup too.

Looks like I got "open box" item. Not so big problem for me. However, it does not work. Whatever I do, there are no WiFi hotspot visible. Unable to configure it without such connection. Used different phones, no one has that hotspot listed in a list of available networks. Tried to use a special tool to discover WiFi networks around - no luck, no such WiFi network when camera shows "WiFi hotspot is ready for pairing" (blinking green LED). Reset didn't help. I am going to return it tomorrow. Another problem - it requires registration on their web-site. C'mon, I just need stupid simple IP web-camera without any bells and whistles. I am very disappointed.

Definitely very good for the price. The night vision works way better than I had imagined. I don’t use the motion sense as I have pets. I mainly wanted this to keep an eye on my dog to make sure he isn’t chewing on anything he isn’t supposed to. With the voice I can yell at him to stop :). Only thing I don’t like is sometimes when I’m connected to a WiFi signal out and about I can’t rotate the camera and have to use my phone data. Other than that I have no complaints.

This cam is a great way to make sure my cat’s automatic feeder is working well when I’m not home. The app makes it so easy once you get it set up. Pics and video quality are good and the sound is clear.
