Manufacturing defect
The product is making terrible noise, local electrician said one of the screw gets loose while the fan is working and cannot be tightened much as the same has a manufacturing defect. Contacted the product customer care, they asked to courier it to Delhi,for check up. The courier cost is more than the cost of the product. Please advise what should be done.
