Cools well, but water goes into base with no way to empty
It cooled me down well.It's too noisy to use while watching TV and definitely too noisy to use while sleeping, unless you have earplugs.I followed the instructions, put the filter in the freezer. Filled the tank to under three quarters.Used it for a few hours until the water tank was empty.What the instructions don't tell you, and the reason for only three stars is that the bottom is full of water, with no way to empty it!

Arrived wet and smelling of mould.
Product arrived wet and smelling of mould. The wire was stored in the wet water tank. No way of contacting sender to inquire about if this is normal (doesn't seem like it). Due to needing this now, it will be cleaned, wire replaced (same one as my old one) and replacement filter (I brought an extra one just in case) before use instead of returned.
