Missing parts
This light is amazing, I have seen it hung and its beautiful. The one I received today is missing parts and not complete. It doesn't even have the ceiling hanging portion to it or the transponder it needs to run at a low voltage. I am highly disappointing. It looks like it was returned and parted out.

Great customer service.
The lights were beautiful- exactly as described. However, we noticed that they didn't fit with our other decor. We had been doing a remodel, so didn't even take them out of the box until after the 30 day window for returns had passed. The company was very accommodating and allowed us to return for a full refund, even though they had no fault in it. Great customer service.
