I bought this for a laugh during lockdown. I'm an amateur boxer, and as gyms are closed I purchased this to mess about and work on my punch accuracy.Can't fault the build quality, been using it for few weeks everyday and it holds up well.Good little workout, makes you move about a bit.I'd recommend it as its not pricey either.

Good product would be a little better if the string was some how adjustable for people with shorter arms who are beginners like myself. I’ve had to tie the string around the band to get used to it. it takes a little time getting used to if you’re a beginner, but 3 days of use im getting better. If you’re a beginner don’t expect to be doing it perfect straight away. Hopefully after a good 5 or something hours of practice I will be good enough to have it full length. It would be 5 stars if the string was adjustable.

It's pretty good. It won't teach you how to box, and the rope is maybe a little too elastic on the lighter ball, and a little to short and tight on the heavier ball. But it's good. Helps with reactions and keeping your feet moving whilst you punch it. A speedball would be a preferable option but we can't all drill into our ceilings!

Make sure you cut the string to the length of your arm, I would recommend trying out what length to use first by just tying up the string in a knot rather than cutting it straight away as your stance might effect the ideal length. Also using gloves for the cleaner flat hit makes the experience much better than bare hands, all in all a good product, keeping me busy. Also my head is quite large and I was worried this wouldn't fit but it does so quite happy about that

The media could not be loaded.  The most failed shopping I didn't expect the boxing ball to be so badThis has to be the worst reflex boxing product I have ever owned.The sphere cracked and seemed to be a used product.The Velcro strap on the end of the ball is barely long enough to even clip on and it comes off if you hit the ball even slightly hard. The string is cheap and flimsy and even snapped up into my eye. Horrible product

Been looking at these for a while do decided on one due to gyms being closed. It's a nice workout to get moving and a little tricky to get used to but so far so good and durable too

Its good fun and if you stick with it you will find it does speed up reaction speed.
