Cat Scratching Post, Curve Cat Scratcher Carboard with Catnip for Small and Large Cats

I purchased this to replace the EmeryCat Board brand we'd had for years. This of course is a different brand but is an admirable replacement: thus far it is being used by our rescue cats and withstanding their assaults! I just wish it was larger in scale. I do recommend! The feathered toy, brush and catnip are nice inclusions!

Doesn't fit the holder that I have it rocks on it so if you had a holder that had a cat scratcher in it with the nail file stuff this will not fit it

This is actually our third Emery Cat refill and second base in about seven years? They're incredibly study - we accidentally dropped a mattress on the first base and broke it, then it still lasted two more years. The cats love them to the point of hating any other ones we bring home and that pretty much decided our loyalty.I knocked a star off this order because it's supposed to come with a toy you stick in the base and ours was missing. Our cats love that thing so it was disappointing. Still it's a great cat toy.

I had purchased a nearly identical item previously, but my cats largely ignored it. Finally, a new cat discovered it and used it to bits, eventually scratching all the way through. After searching for a replacement, I found this, and my kitty girl is once again honing her little “toe-daggers”. I love how durable the emery coating is!Pictured are the old scratcher I just threw away, and the new one.

It’s exactly what it looks like. However I have an older version of that particular toy for my animals it still fits in it’s just a little higher than my unit. Nonetheless it’s great quality of the cats love it it’s just a little messy for me. No big deal and I would highly recommend

My cat just loves the emery-board action of this scratcher. It is her favorite.
