Defective Lid
The media could not be loaded. Everything was beautiful up until today 9/4/24 when we discovered water squirting out of hair line cracks in the cartridge lid and we have only had this in use for since 6/1/24, THREE months. I can’t get any help from Amazon since the Ai, which is not intelligent at all, won’t let me contact seller and thinks I want to return it when I would only like a new lid sent to me that’s not a defective one. Ridiculous.

After set up, the suction vs. Output was poor. Kept having to let out the air. Gave up...
