Too early to give review it item works. Did hesitate that not made with black pepper (which supposedly acts as a carrier, but its not a deal breaker).Arrived sealed and no issues of being melted together. Expiration date is clearly marked. I have purchased other products from this company, and love that they make supplements without added fillers, etc. Will give review after a few months regarding how well works.

My knees approve!
I use turmeric for inflammation. I'm 30 with chronic knee problems dating back to my teens. My orthopedic surgeon prescribed my the highest dosage of ibuprofen known to man -worthless.. I started taking turmeric several years ago to try and get better results without side-effects and to the surprise of nobody ( who take turmeric) the inflammation has gone away. I like this product because it keeps the swelling away that plagued me after tearing my ACL and having knee surgery on the opposite knee. It's typical supplement size and the taste is what I'm used to for turmeric. I recommend to anyone who has inflammation anywhere
