This tea helps lower your BP in conjunction with your prescription. It doesn't lower it enough to take on it's own. But is tasty too, especially with real honey.

Makes a good cup of tea. But no benefit on my blood pressure at all

So I bought these for myself in an attempt to ween myself off meds but I didnt keep up with it. My s/o started having bp issues and started using them - I just ordered more! Hes not a tea person but really likes this tea.... he doesnt even add sweetener to it.
