Lip works perfectly. I love it.

Curvature does not match OEM lip. So you have to cut a bunch of slots on the backside to bend it properly. And even then, it doesn't look quite right. You get what you pay for I guess.

I took it to my body shop and they spent a good hour trying to get it on my 2002 S2000. They even heated it up to expand the bumper lip hoping it would fit, but to no prevail. I do not recommend buying this product.I gave it a 2 star only because it arrived quickly when ordered.I would happily adjust my review pending the seller contacting me and refunding or replacing my order.
