Two mitts. They appear to be interchangeable in that you could wear either on either hand. Good product.

Yes! We use these punch mits at our Muay Thai tournaments to get our fighters warmed up.

Awesome value for such a low price!!

These mitts work great. Definitely a great value for the price. They have a lifted palm for comfort, curved for better catching and have lasted over a year with daily use. The velcro is finally starting to wear down so I got a different style from the same company. Again I’m writing this review after a year of daily use training amateur and pro boxers. Good mitts.
