I bought this product before this is my first time from Amazon. Isn’t it supposed to have a white safety barrier on top that you have to remove to use

Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Our Daily Face Wash should have a white protective seal under the cap. We recommend that you contact amazon customer service for a replacement or refund. We're sorry this happened, thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond.
