Is it original lem product? is it stainless steel?

Yes, LEM product & Stanless Steal. Gidt to my son who processes alot of venison. Loves it.

Dose this machine come with a motor

No it does not have a motor. It hooks to your grinder.

Do I have to buy the motorized grinder attachment(which I don't need) to power this 25 lb mixer-is there any other way?

Every mixer comes with a handle so that it can but used manually without a motor if you like.

Why is this product double the cost plus another half?

Make sure its the same product, size, features, quality.
