How long does the transmitter or receiver take to charge and how long does it last on a charge?

About 2 hours both ways but range diminishes quickly after an hour. But it’s the best I’ve found so far.

which iphone lightning- 3.5mm adapter would you recommend with this product?

iPhone lightning- 3.5mm adapter usually came with your iphone package, but if you have lost it, please buy it from authorized Apple shop, DO NOT buy any other adapter (especially those at cheap price) without Apple's official authority.

Can this work as a regular mic input on a PC running Win10?

To avoid possible complain, we do not recommend working with PC, because it's Non-uniform audio input interface for different computers of different brands, which may result in compatibility failure. Please contact support@alvoxcon.com if you need further assistance.
