Is the vegetable oil soy

What do you mean by this question? Vegetable oil is not soy. They are individual items. I will say that this product goes on excellent and stays a very long time. If you want a quality product, you found it! this has been the only brand I have used for almost 4 years-since I discovered it! Jacqui

I tried to return this item but it says 'not returnable'. Amazon said to ask for help. Help please?

You need to call directly to Amazon. They have a number that when you call, you leave your number and they call you right back. Usually you can’t return the merchandise, specially for a lipstick, but you will get your money back. Good luck.

Is the white tea in this lipstick caffeine free?

White Tea is the name of the lipstick, it doesn’t mean it contains caffeine. If in doubt it’s better to call Mineral Fusion.
