I was looking for an alternative to energy drinks and an abundance of coffee through out the day. For the past two weeks I have been starting my morning with one of these AlphaBrain instant pouches (Ruby Grapefruit). Dude, this stuff rocks. It tastes great! Just like grapefruit! It’s also easy on the stomach. No issues. I have been able to stay focused and complete tasks left and right, and with some pep. I will continue to use AlphaBrain as part of my morning regiment! Active B Complete is another great product! With the two combined, I have energy that last most of the day without any crashing.

These are a great option for a healthier midday pick me up. They help increase my energy level, remove brain fog and don’t disturb my sleep. Would definitely recommend for combating the midday zzzzz.

I definitely feel like I am thinking clearer and my memory is better when I am using it. My only knock is that the flavor is not that great.

I work in the field overseas on equipment that demands I be at my best, both physically and mentally. Alpha BRAIN has consistently given me the edge necessary to not only perform well, but stand out as its "keeps all cylinders of my brain functioning". I dont have "fog" that sometimes comes and goes or get caught up on things that I couldnt draw to my instant attention. I love this product and have used it for the past couple years and will continue to.

It gives a little bit of a jump but for the most part is overpriced for what it offers.

A little costly if you just want a drink.The flavor is good and the packet mixes easy and is convenient, I will buy them again.

This product is all over TikTok and shows people getting all this energy and it’s absolutely false advertising. It doesn’t give energy, and didn’t help brain function either. It amazes me he’s able to claim all of this. He also has all commenting turned off on his TikTok’s so there’s that. Absolutely do not waste your money. It says paired with diet and exercise, you’re automatically going to feel better if you do that, you don’t need this crappy product to do that:

My mind has been more clear memory has been improved and I have energy throughout the day without caffeine. 5 stars doesn’t quite cover how well this stuff works. And the “instant” or drink mix version allows you to get the same affect without swallowing capsules.
