Will this fit my sena 20s?

Yes, this kit would plug into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the 20S mount.

What does single pack mean? Does single pack come with left and right speakers?

The answer that says "this comes with one Bluetooth unit is WRONG! This includes the speakers ALONE, left & right, not the PackTalk unit. Don't be confused.

Can i connect this directly to my phone?

yes, if your phone has a 3.5mm jack (you'd need a lightning adapter for newer iphones)

Would it fit Sena 50s work and improve the sound?

Hi, The 45mm JBL audio set was designed to work with Cardo units due to its hardware but as well to the software that they have together.
