the stuff is not working well and i need to refund it but now i am in egypti can pick-it up from Egypt because the stuff is not working well at allwhat the solution please??

Couldn't make it work with a Libre 2. I spent a lot of time updating software and firmware. I finally gave up and returned it.

I bought it from manufacturer, it took a very long time to deliver and always had battery and bluetooth issues. Never worked.

No instructions in the box. But so far this is a very smart alternative to a CGM, I am loving it.

The MiaoMiao was ordered in the first week of March 2021 and was received within two weeks. The product worked for only 10-12 hours. My smartphone powered down through the night, and in the mornng would not reconnect with the MiaoMiao, despite attempts to reset the device, fully charge the device, reset my smartphone, reinstall the app on the smartphone, etc. etc.The product was returned on March 22, 2021 using the method and vendor address provided by Amazon. The amount paid was not refunded, and Amazon now claims there is no record of the refund request on their site.Double failure - product & Amazon

When it works its wonderful ... the tomato app is quirky and has issues i wish they would fix... sometimes it takes uninstalling and reinstalling a few times ... sigh.

Item arrived missing the double sided sticker to attach on the patches. Box was open and Product looks like it has been used although it said new in description. Very disappointed.
