Waiter Supply Waiters Corkscrew, Double Hinged with Leather Case, Bottle opener and Foil Cutting Blade

I have been using this to open wine at my job for the past week so it's getting a lot of use. This is really sturdy and smooth to operate. Although I haven't been using it too long, I haven't had any corks break on me. I like the leather pouch as an option for storage in between shifts but don't think it's necessary throughout a shift. Everything came as pictured and looks much sharper than my old metal one. I even got a couple of compliments on it from guests. Will buy again!

Great wine opener. Superb build quality.

I spent about 25 yrs of my life working as either a bartender or waitress, and this "Waiters Corkscrew" is what we in the business always referred to as a "Wine Key". This is a very important tool in the food/ beverage industry, and was something I carried and used just about everyday. The wine key in general is downright just a well designed tool, it does what is supposed to do and it does it well. This particular wine key is far nicer than any of the one's I carried for all those years ! It has a very slim lined, Sleek design with a beautiful rosewood handle that curves perfectly to the shape of your hand allowing for a good firm grip. The fold out foil cutter has a very sharp serrated blade with the same curved design, All of which slides into the soft leather case that is included for storage or carrying purposes. You may find that the folding action seems a little stiff at first but this is to be expected and will loosen up slightly with use. It is obvious that this product is not only well designed, but made well, resulting in a beautiful as well as durable addition to any home bar and would make a great gift as well. I did receive this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion, and I must say that although this product has brought back a lot of memories for me, it is for it's beauty and quality that I would recommend it too any wine enthusiast. Easy to use and good quality; and, it comes in a nice case/bag. We bought a couple of these to keep in the glove compartment of the cars.
