Oh my gosh!!! This is WAY BETTER THAN COFFEE!!!!I usually get up at 5am for my workouts- and I was having hard time finding an effective pre-workout that's SUGAR-FREE and LOW in CARBS.I definitely feel the "rush/energy" within 30 mins after drinking this.... Also, the flavor of this mix-- so GOOD! It says it's grape flavored-- its more like fruit-punch-grape-berry mix!My only problem now-- this drink mix tastes so good that I want to drink it all day!!! Heh. :)Only suggestion I have: I want this to come in bigger sizes-- like the 9.5 oz container that this company uses to sell their "Organic Green Superfood Powder" Because my husband and I use this every morning!!!

This is a great product. It tastes sweet, has a great flavor and is a really good pick me up. I feel really good when using it. It gives you good, sustained energy. IT works great for a preworkout drink or even just to get you through the day. I had my doubts initially having never heard of the company but I was glad I ordered it, great company, great product. Exactly as advertised. I bought 2!

Pinnacle of Wellness is an amazing company. They stand by their money back guarantee. This product does give energy and does curb the appetite. It tastes kind of weak and slightly sour but wasn't terrible. It did give me heartburn, though, so I contacted the company for a refund, which they immediately gave me.

I won't be without it. I mix it in the Organic Green product that Pinnacle of Wellness also sells. This is my morning pickup EVERY morning. I have a number of health problems and prescription medications that leaves me in a mind fog every morning! Instead of 8-10 cups of coffee in the morning I only need 2 cups of coffee now. It does the job for me and I hope for you too! When traveling I mix up snack bags with Organic Green shake and my Natural Green Energy. I got to have it EVERY Day!!

This has a sweet berry taste without extra sweetener, although I sometimes add steva. It's easy to mix, it doesn't clump up. It is a great product.

Meh! Flavor is good. Gives you energy. Havent lost any weight but i havent changed much in my diet either.

I was looking for a more affordable substitute for Spark and found this. All I was hoping for was a little boost through my early-morning workouts. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed it curbed my appetite also. No afternoon sugar crash, no jitters. I will definitely buy this again!
