I'm on Amazon.sg, and I purchased this item to be delivered to Singapore. When I inserted it into the device, purchased in Singapore, it gave me an error "E14" which means it doesn't work in this region. Avoid Canon products. They needlessly region lock their devices. And avoid this ink cartridge, since it is not compatible with the devices listed.

I used to get my Cannon 240 cartridge refilled. It cost less than half the price. However, the print quality has not been great. A lot of the lines on the print did not line up. Decided to buy a new Cannon 240 XL when the last refill was used up. What a difference in the print quality. Everything lines up from the first print. Perhaps it was just time for a new cartridge and refilling this new one might be fine???
