What alcohol should I buy to cook sausages?

I bought the ceramic pig because I saw it in a very good Portuguese restaurant here in Miami. I use it when I have guests and it's just for the show. I cook it in the oven or on the grill, and when it's halfway through I take it out and put it on the pig to flambé only. You can use any edible or pharmacy alcohol, sometimes I just use Grand Marnier liqueur which also gives it a mild sweet taste and everyone really enjoys it!
