The bottom cap doesn’t seat correctly onto the base so it wobbles.
I’ve just received my second purchase of this assembly: blades, 2 rubber seals, one base cap. If there is a next time, I’ll go directly to Oster. I didn’t learn from the last time. While the blades do seem to cut better than the original, the bottom seal leaked a after about a year. The big thing I’d forgotten from the last one was the bottom cap wouldn’t seat securely onto the base and wobbled too much. (It actually measures 0.030” taller than the original.) I had to use the original base cap just like last time.
