Garbage.
Never felt worse than when I used this product for 3 days… felt depressed an couldn’t figure out why.. this was the product I had started taking tossed that crap out an felt perfectly normal the next day

Cleared up my issue
They worked. Are small. Cleared up my runny nose for at least 4-6 hours. I have constant issues with sinuses.
