Only good for pencil
Which defeats the purpose of practicing Copperplate. The paper cannot handle any kind of real calligraphy ink or even the metal nibs catch and rip up the paper.

NOT a premium paper, nor even an OK paper for fountain pens.
I didn't expect much for inexpensive paper, but I did expect it to not be like a course craft paper. Definitely not a quality paper for nib calligraphy or fountain pen calligraphy. This will be an excellent paper for pencil practice or ballpoint pen practice.Lesson learned.

Look at the pictures
Poor quality. Failed four types of ink. Even bleed through paper itself and smudged my writing board. Besides, the x-height is too wide.

Ink bleeds through immediately
I didn't even make it through one page. The ink feathered and bled so badly you barely see what letters they were. Both pointed dip pen and a fountain pen failed. You'd have better luck with copier paper.

too absorbent
nice pad but absorbs the calligraphy ink right through so cannot use other side of paper which also has practice lines
