Good item which stayed in place and didn’t wear down. However, i ordered a height which h was fractionally too low and will order a slightly higher heel support and check if that is a better fit for me.

So comfy
Popped these in new long riding boots while I waited for them to soften and drop. However, they are so comfortable I have left them in there! They can move when you take your boots off, but easily slipped back into place and don't move during use.

URAQT Gel Height Increase Insole, 2 Pairs Invisible Heel Lift Inserts, Elastic Shock Absorption Heel Cushion Pads Half Increased Heel Shoe Lifts: Thes did what they were supposed to, and supprted my considerable weight well. The sticky bottom surface did not stick well in my shoes, however. They would probably stick okay to a shiny smooth surface.

Zit goed en blijft ook goed zitten tijdens het lopen. Erg comfortabel. Hoogte is voor mij perfect en een stuk goedkoper dan wat ik moet bijbetalen via de orthopeed. Kan eindelijk ook weer platte schoenen aan :)
