Seems to work very well
My 92 year-old mother has been taking this for years. She's fallen a couple of times, and did not break any bones! I didn't comment on the flavor because she just takes them with water.

Best supplement for preserving bones!!
My doctor prescribed this supplement years ago and it has helped me maintain GOOD STRONG bones in my 50's and 60's. It was also highly recommended by Dr. Balch in his Prescription for Nutritional Healing book.

Easy to swallow, high quality brand.
This calcium supplement is the only one i have been able to use without stomach upset. The capsules are easy to swallow. I use the metagenics brand based on advice of a nutritionist for its quality and bioavailability. I need to take a high calcium dose so I take two of these capsules with a tums tablet.
