This "Globe Zinc Oxide Ointment 20%| 2 Ounce Tube (3 Pack)" is just what I was looking for, not only to protect my skin from the sun, but also as an ointment to protect the bottom of my feet from chafing!What makes zinc oxide ointment a better choice for me:* Fewer ingredients that are toxic, as in sunscreens and other ointments!* So soothing to the skin!* I have discovered that when I apply zinc oxide to my feet, it also protects my feet from bacteria caused by perspiration, etc., resulting in odor-free shoes!* Excellent value for the price!* Even though it is a white ointment, it's worth it to use for my particular needs!If you are looking for similar protection (foregoing all of the extra chemicals in other applications), perhaps you too will consider this as being a great choice for purchase!

I have chronic chapped lips and have tried many remedies. This is another thing I am trying. It's pricey, and lacks the flavor of other toothpastes, but it still works as a toothpaste. We'll see if the several things I am trying, (Aquaphor and a prescription ointment,) will solve the problem.
