Just received my order and one plate is cracked all the way through and another has a red, hard material stuck on it. Can I get replacements?

Yes, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to get those replaced.

I ordered 3 boxes, and I only received one box today. Do they ship separately?

I ordered multiple boxes as well, and they came separately.

I have a broken bowl can I buy a single bowl replacement?

I’m not sure. I got a single bowl replacement bc it was broken already when I opened the box.
