Powerful Torch (Green NO Bat.)

I accidentally broke the flashlight because I lost the instruction booklet and I put the battery in the wrong way.The positive side of the battery is supposed to go to the front of the flashlight.The seller was one of the most kind and helpful sellers I have encountered in all my life, provided replacement parts, another instruction book, and showed me how to fix the problem if it ever happens again.Outstanding service, and the product is also great, and a great value.Recommended.

There was an issue with the flashlight itself. But their customer service was amazing and without any problems they were willing to replace the flashlight. I will now be a happy backpacker. Thank you MountainDrive.
