Super fast, boots in 3 seconds
So far so good. Been using this laptop for a month now and it's been a great experience. I took the risk of purchasing from Nigeria(in West Africa) not knowing if I'll experience any defect and I must say it was worth the risk.For someone upgrading from a 12-year old 4GB RAM laptop, I'll say I'm super impressed with the lightness and speed, and all other features of the laptop. I'm not a gaming fan and I don't play games on this system. I bought it for business and some light programming and it's been serving its purpose. I like the backlit keyboard feature which I use when working in low-lit areas.Battery life is relatively okay. I haven't tested yet on movies but lasts 6 hours + with internet browsing and light programming.

Disappointed
Upon receiving box, I opened the box to find literally nothing inside except the cord. The screen itself didn't even have a protective film cover. When attempting to setup the computer the operating system continually failed, which resulted in realizing the hard drive was defective or damaged. Returned the laptop. Very disappointed. Was really hoping this was going to be a good laptop.

Computer keeps shutting off
It's supposed to be refurbished.. but computer doesn't work properly. It's obvious it has not been tested and refurbished
