Do you sell ink refills for these pens, or can you point me in the direction of another brand that sells compatible refills?

You can find the link of refills on up-gel's page, thank you.

Can I buy only brown ink pens? Brown is so nice to write with but hard to find

They only come in black only or multicolored (which does have a brown pen), but they don’t come as brown only.

Any advice for when these pens start to skip? I’ve tried 2 different pens that both worked great for a bit but are now skipping. Only 3 months old!

Contact us, we will make refund or replacement.

Do these write in transparent post-it's? If so, does is smear?

They do write on transparent post its, but they do smear on the plastic film. I had to be careful not to touch it while it dried.
