Are these reusable/washable?

These are designed to be disposable. You can try to reuse them after exposing to sunlight for a day periodically but this is not guaranteed

How long can you wear one pad..should it be changed throughout the day to maintain freshness?

GREAT PRODUCT

These body filters work great over the top of an ostomy bag to stop any odor when you want to eat onions and the no no foods that cause the odors. Two way tape on the pads stick securely over the bags too. Be sure to cover the bag filter with the pad but be sure the tape itself is not on the bag filter. Just the right size pad too.
