This wooden tool were very easy to used to mask the banana when make protein bars and it’s already crack the wood on the top part but they are especially useful for my baking!

Very nice. Bought these for one size only to make Pecan Tarts but might make mini pecan pies in a muffin pan. Better than forming them by hand for sure. So what I do is roll out the dough to a little over 1/8 thick and use a glass to cut a circle out. I then press that disk into the tart tray with a final press with the smallest tool from this set, excellent consistent result.

These work so great for pressing down dough quickly. It significantly reduces how much time I was spending pressing cookie dough into the bottom of my mini cheesecake pan. Be sure to oil with a food safe oil after every wash.

It works perfectly as it is attended to be. Time saver for tarts!
