Great and prompt assistance and service!
We got the shipment and found a few parts were broken in the delivery. We contacted the seller immediately. Glad that they responded fast and sent us replacement parts right away. We installed the sauna with no any issues, simple and quick! We are very happy with it.

Disappointed customer
This Sauna was used 8 times and then one by one the heating elements went out. I was originally approved for a return but that was very inconvenient to try to return.
