Using it to hang my dish towels on. A bit heavy duty for that requirement but it looks nice and was very easy to install on the side of our oven cabinet. The only issue I have is when stowed the bars/hanger rails aren't parallel.

Product performs as desired, but hardware installation is poorly illustrated, Plus takes a lot of room around it to get it installed.

We put it in out guest lavatory - I didnt want to have a full towel rack as there is no shower or bath and we had limited wall space. It's fixed it to the back wall along side of the vanity. The swivel is perfect - not loose. Holds an unfolded hand towel on each arm and its easy to slide off and put on.
