Only single piece arrived,not pair
It is effective for plantar fascitis and gives relief to the tired hard bottom of your feet.the only drawback is that the inner part of this cast is very hard,at night it is not comfortable,unless you wrap and put a small towel inside to give that cushion.. Also it came only one,it's not a pair.
