How heavy are the pots? I can’t lift a cast iron pot so how do these compare?

They aren’t as heavy as a cast iron, but do still have weight to them. They are not super light. Kind of a mid-weight pan.

what size are the pots and pans?

Example sizes of industry standards: “4.5 inch” deep square pot (4.22 x 4.94 = 0.96 quart) “4 inch” square pot (4.2 x 4.91 = 1.13 quarts) “5.5 inch” traditional round pot (5.25 x 4.5 = 1.28 quarts) “6 inch” round pot (5.9 x 4.25 = 1.28 quarts) “6 inch” round bulb pot (6.18 x 3.63 = 1.35 quarts)

I purchased this set, as I was in the search for nonstick pans. As you can see it is advertised as such. However, after only two months, my food is sticking to the pans. I follow the care instructions. Very disappointed!! Not worth it. Go with Caraway instead.

Losing nonstick

This set is gorgeous in gray and not too heavy for ceramic. After a few months of use and following the long list of instructions on how to take care of them they still lost about half the nonstick abilities in about 2-3 months of regular use. For the price I expected much better and I requested a replacement and they asked me to send back my entire cookware set (instead of replacing the 2 frying pans) in the original packing which I don’t have and with the possibility of not getting back a replacement for defective product. How does that even make any sense. Just spend a 100 more dollars and buy from the brand caraway.
