Does this work on blackhead at all ?

No! Best thing I found for blackheads is a fake Foreo from eBay, I pop a wet towel into the microwave to open my pores up, use the black head tools to extract them and clean my face with the fake Foreo, then use a cold cloth to close the pores.

Does it work on blackheads (preferably on the nose)?

No. The only thing I tried that somehow works on blackheads is Cosrx blackhead Power Liquid. Not a miracle solution though

Can you use this on the back of the head where hair is

Im not an expert BUT I do not see why not. Usually products that are designed to be used on the face are most likely to be safe to use most places on the body. Try it out and the best advice I ever got is 'if it stings a little; it okay, burn is never okay'. (Although the alcohol in this product might give you a slight burning sensation).
