I hate , hate , hate to give this bowel a bad review but it came unattached. I bought it to put nuts in during the holidays then I used it for a fruit bowl. There was an apple that went bad and caused some moisture to develop in the bottom of the bowl but not much at all. It was a beautiful bowl and I loved it very much but for the price it should have lasted much longer. The company was very gracious in allowing me to return it for a full refund.

It does arrive as raw wood but it is very thick and sturdy. The wood is absolutely stunning and it’s probably one of my favorite pieces of decor i’ve purchased. It’s perfectly crafted and arrived just as advertised. It is a bit pricey, but i think it was well worth the money. it says in the description that you can put olive oil in the bowl to give it a shine which is also nice! I will probably purchase more in the future, but these are perfect and I would definitely recommend buying if you’re on the edge.

Very nice bowl

I may have missed a description that said this was not food safe but I purchased this to eat my smoothie bowls out of as a little morning treat. The bowl is the perfect size and feel and I loved it, but every time it got wet it would start to stink. And by the end of the bowl it would taste like what I smelled. I washed and used it a couple dozen times before giving up. I now am using it on my counter to hold lemons and limes but it is - for me at least- an expensive a inefficient way to do this. If I could do it again I would have returned it right away. But if you're just looking for a pretty wooden object this is perfect for you.

Absolutely stunning bowl carefully made and sanded to a very smooth finish. Please take the step of preserving this with linseed oil or something similar. It will make the grain stand out and give it a protective coating. Mine soaked up a ton of oil and it actually took a few days of applications before it was done but so worth it. I wish I had taken a before and after picture!

I had to order a replacement bowl , because bowl #1 was badly damaged in shipping. Bowl #2 had a fault in the wood which would crack open with use. The design is lovely, but I had to return both.

This is a beautiful bowl and the workmanship and pride is noticeable. This will be a wonderful addition to any table or occasion providing a touch of class. Was shipped fast and packaged with care. I will buy from this seller again - thank you for such an easy transaction.

Love the size and the quality of this bowl. I was looking for a prefect fruit bowl for my kitchen island and this definitely delivered.
